The Health Care Bill vs The Grocery Bill

I hear all this talk about the the health care crisis; that the country needs a health care reform. The brains of our government are putting their eggs in the wrong basket. Health care starts in the grocery store.

We are not in crisis because people don't have affordable medical benefits. We are in crisis because people can't afford healthy, organic, sustainable food. I'm talking about real food, like apples, broccoli and carrots, not boxed macaroni and cheese, cup-0-noodles and the like.

What the country needs is a radical change from what has become the standard American diet. Sickness and disease is preventable with a diet rich in nutrients. We need to care for our bodies before they get sick. That is the only thing that is going to save our health. That is health care!
